Your last known location is preserved for the duration of the SOS event, ensuring critical information isn’t lost if connectivity drops. SOS Help is designed to support fast response, clear visibility, and peace of mind in urgent situations.

An SOS Help event will run for 24hrs and can only be cancelled by you. Your last known location will be saved for the duration of the event to help in situations where your phone loses reception or goes flat.
If you are in Stealth Mode or behind a Private Geofence, both will be disabled for this event only.
Emergency services can be easily invited as a participant which is important in so many situations where finding people is hard and every minute matters.
