Private Geofences allow you to define places where your location is hidden automatically, such as home, work, or other personal locations. When you enter a Private Geofence, your location is concealed from event participants unless you choose otherwise.
This ensures that even when participating in events, your most private locations stay private by default.

Private Geofences are locations where you will be hidden from everyone except those that you choose.
Create a Private Geofence
To create a Private Geofence:
- Tap Add Private Geofence.
- Tap the area on the map where you would like the Private Geofence to be located.
A blue geofence will appear. You can change the radius by tapping the blue line and dragging to increase or decrease the area. Alternatively you can tap the radius number in the white box and enter your desired value. The minimum radius is 250m (273yd) and the maximum radius is 100km (62mi). - Tap Next and provide a Name, then select people who can see you in that area, then tap Save. The Private Geofence will be immediately active.
Edit a Private Geofence
In the Private Geofence list, tap the Private Geofence you would like to edit and follow the above steps to change or confirm the Private Geofence settings, and then tap Save. The Private Geofence changes will be immediately active.
Delete a Private Geofence
In the Private Geofence list, swipe left on your desired Private Geofence and tap Delete.
The Private Geofence will be immediately deleted.
