A Catchup, Meeting or Event lets you set a date, time, location, invite participants, and see who’s attending at a glance. Invitees can respond as Accepted, Tentative, or Declined, making it easier to plan numbers and timing.
During the event window, participants who accept will be able to see each other’s live location, helping everyone arrive smoothly and stay connected. It’s a simple, structured way to organize everything from casual meetups to larger planned events without the chaos of group messages.

A Catchup, Meeting or Event allows you to set a date, time, select a location, and invite participants.
When participants Accept the invitation, their location will be shared 1hr before the event starts, and remain active for the duration of the event.
Their location will not be shared if they respond to the invitation as Tentative, or Decline. You will not see them on the map if they are in a Private Geofence or in Stealth Mode.
Event Chat allows all participants to stay connected before, during and after the event.
The event and chat data is automatically deleted after 30 days, unless manually deleted by the organizer earlier.
Optional Settings
Event options allow you to set the location sharing before and after the event. You can also set a custom event icon or background.
